Every streaming service quotes a channel count, and the number is close to meaningless on its own. Sports sits first and is subdivided by league. Entertainment, news and local affiliates follow. Spanish-language and international groups are kept whole rather than scattered through the English listings, so households that watch in two languages are not hunting across the whole guide.

What you should expect is that a reported dead channel gets replaced rather than left broken, and that changes reach your guide without you reinstalling anything.
