1. Agreement

By visiting lemotvs.net, requesting a trial or buying a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for anyone who uses your account, including members of your household.

3. Your account

Credentials are issued to you personally and are not transferable.
Keep your username, password and server details private.
Sharing credentials outside your household, or reselling access without an approved reseller account, is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Tell us straight away if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

4. Simultaneous streams

Your plan defines how many devices may stream at the same moment. You may install the player on as many devices as you like, but exceeding your concurrent-stream limit may cause playback to fail on additional devices and repeated abuse may result in suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or publicly perform any content delivered through the service.
Circumvent, probe or stress-test any access control, rate limit or authentication system.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable broadcasting regulation.
Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access except under an approved reseller agreement.

6. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel lineups, program guide data and stream quality can change without notice as upstream sources change. Nothing on this site is a promise that a specific channel or event will be available on a specific date.

7. Your connection

Streaming quality depends on your own internet connection, hardware and local network. We are not responsible for playback problems caused by insufficient bandwidth, congested Wi-Fi, ISP throttling or device limitations. See the setup guides for our recommended configuration.

8. Payment

Prices are quoted in USD and charged in full at the start of the term. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; when a term ends, access stops until you choose to renew. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund for breach of these terms, for fraudulent payment, or where we are legally required to do so. You may stop using the service at any time by not renewing.

10. Intellectual property

The LEMO TV name, site design, written content and software are ours or our licensors'. Content delivered through the service belongs to its respective rights holders. See our copyright and DMCA policy for takedown procedures.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LEMO TV is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
