The margin arithmetic is simple and worth doing before you buy anything. A credit activates one month on one line. At the best wholesale rate a twelve-month subscription costs you about nineteen dollars in credits. Resell that at fifty and you have made thirty-one, minus whatever your payment processor takes and whatever your time is worth. Two hundred customers on that spread is a real business; twenty is a side income.
What decides whether it works is not the spread — it is churn and support load. Customers who never got the app working properly do not renew, and each one costs you the acquisition effort again. Resellers who do well are usually the ones who set the thing up for their customer, answer a message at 9pm on a Sunday, and get renewals almost automatically as a result. Resellers who treat it as selling credentials and disappearing tend to churn out within a year.
Most resellers land between two and four times their credit cost. Price at the bottom of that and you compete on price alone against everyone else doing the same, which is a race you win only by having lower costs than people who buy bigger packs than you. Price at the top and you have to be genuinely better at support to justify it — which is the more defensible position, and the one that survives a competitor appearing.
Do not discount your first customers to nothing to get started. Early customers set the price your later customers hear about, and raising prices on an existing base is far harder than starting where you meant to be.
Larger packs lower your per-credit cost permanently, and credits never expire, so buying ahead is not risky in the way stock is. But it is still capital sitting idle. Start with a smaller pack while you prove you can actually find customers, then step up once you know your monthly run rate. The per-credit saving between the smallest and largest pack is substantial, but it only matters if you are moving the volume.
You are the first line of support for your customers and the visible brand they deal with. That means you set expectations honestly, you honour whatever refund terms you publish, and you do not promise channels or events you have not confirmed. Our reseller channel backs you up on anything technical you cannot resolve — but the customer relationship, and the responsibility that comes with it, is yours.
One credit activates one month on one line. A twelve-month subscription for a customer costs you twelve credits, so your margin is simply your retail price minus the wholesale cost of those credits.
No. Credits sit in your panel until you spend them, with no monthly minimum and no use-it-or-lose-it window. Buying a larger pack lowers your per-credit cost permanently rather than for a limited period.
Yes — you control retail pricing entirely, and we never publish a recommended rate that undercuts you. Most resellers price between two and four times their credit cost depending on their market and the support they offer.
A sub-reseller is an account beneath yours that you fund with credits from your own balance, letting you build a network rather than serving every customer yourself. You set their credit allocation and can suspend them at any time.
Same day. Buy a pack, receive your panel login, and you can create your first customer line within minutes of the payment clearing.
You are the first line of support for your customers, which is what lets you keep the margin and own the relationship. Our reseller support channel backs you up on anything technical you cannot resolve.
